Attention dry skin people,
This is the moisturizer for you.
I bought this product about a month ago and I've been using it every single day- twice a day.
I know you can find a good moisturizer in a drugstore- I've tried a lot, such as Aveeno, Neutrogena, Nivea, Cetaphil and all of these works fine, but I was still on a hunt for a perfect thin moisturizer that I can depend on. Of course, you guys know what I'm talking about because it is the title of this post- Biotherm Aquasource Non stop Face moisturizer.
I actually forgot how much I bought it, but I'm pretty sure it is less than $60, maybe around $48. I know it is a bit expensive, but trust me it is worth every penny. I have extremely dry face, especially around my chin, nose and above my lips and this helped my face a lot. About a month ago, the skin around my nose and chin were peeling off and I started to freak out. So, I went on a hunt for a nice moisturizer to heel my dry skin. I went to the drugstore and found nothing, then I went and searched online to read reviews about what moisturizer fits my extreme dry face. I remembered my friend saying that Biotherm helped her dry face and I went to Sephora to purchase it(you can also find this in some drugstore like London Drugs and Shoppers Drugmart- Canada only). There were a lot of moisturizer to choose from Biotherm, but the SA recommended this specific moisturizer for me.
When I got home, I immediately applied this on the affected areas around my face. I used this twice a day for a bout three days and I felt a change. My skin felt hydrated and moisturized like never before. I used Biothem Aquasource alone, so I'm REALLY impressed with this moisturizer.
What Biotherm say:
"Tested in extreme climatic condition, this innovative moisturizing crean quenches your skin and provides 24 hours of non-stop hydration."
"All the benefits of 5,000 liters of spa water concentrated in a single jar. Enriched with the innovative hydrate Non stop complex, that deeply hydrates by locking moisture into the skin, preventing the loss of water, this formula is best for dry skin thanks to Shea Butter and Vitamin F. The fresh texture and aquatic scent provided vitality, freshness and hydration that lasts all day long. Intensely moisturized, skin feels fresh, supple and glows with help"
(PROs) Why this product worked for me:

- It leaves my skin moisturized all day
- It's thin, yet it felt thick when applied on skin

(CONs):

So there you go, you guys know what I use every single day. I need to know what you use on your face to hydrate and give your face a healthy glow.
Have a wonderful Tuesday,
Kim
Thanks for the great review! I want to try this but I wear moisturizer with an SPF of 15 or greater, do you know if this comes with one?
ReplyDelete@Amrie a la Mode- Thanks, but I don't think this has SPF. I also use moisturizer with SPF 15 or more before, but when I used this I was really impressed. It depends on you. There are a lot of Biotherm products with SPF. :)
ReplyDeleteNice review! The price is a steep but hey, if it works then it's worth it! Haha. My mom uses Biotherm moisturizer (not sure which one though) and she says it works well for her dry skin too. I have oily skin so I don't think I'll ever try this.
ReplyDeleteI used to use biotherm but didnt find that it worked for me at all. I think I have a whole basically un-used tub of this. I will check and let you know incase you want it. :)
ReplyDelete@Fifi- I think you can still use Bitotherm eventhough u have dry skin oily skin right? or not? Im not really sure, but its nice to know that it worked for you mom :)
ReplyDelete@FunnyfaceBeauty- Oh thanks hun :) Appreciate it a lot.
