Products I'm Loving Right Now/ Strappy Heels and My Birthday wish list

Sorry guys I've been a bad blogger. tsktsk.. It's been 5 days of no blogging.

I know it's too early to this kind of post, but I'm going to be a busy bee next week and might not have a chance to do such post. It's cliche to say this, but October flew by FAST and I mean like ZOOM FAST!! WOW the Holiday season is coming up and I'm actually quite excited to shop/buy gifts for my loved ones So here are my favorite products for October.
MAC 182 kabuki brush- I have a love hate relationship with this brush. It sheds like crazy(you can see it in the photo), but it is soft and it blends powder products really well.
Sephora Round Powder brush 41- Everyone needs this huge face brush! I always use this brush for my MAC MSF Natural in Medium.
NARS Madly blush and MAC Stereo Rose MSF- best blush combination :)
NARS Orgasm and Laguna Duo- I still use Casino sometimes. I don't use orgasm that often, but I use Laguna because I'm paler now.
MAC Painterly Paint Pot- Use this eye base everyday. If I could recommend two paint pots from MAC, they would be Bare Study and Painterly. I want to try Soft Ochre tho.

So those are my Fave products for this month. Im really excited to watch YT beauty Gurus' "Products I'm Loving for the Month of October" videos. YAY!

Strappy heels:

I'm not a heels person, but I need to change things up now. I bought shoes recently at H&M and I love it! Its really comfortable and it's not TOO HIGH that I can last wearing them for the whole day..I think.

I love love love strappy shoes, PERIOD. :)

Junk. (Not Beauty Related)

This is not a beauty related post.

i want to switch things up a bit today :)

I want to share what "junk" I've been munching on lately

I've been addicted to these junk foods for couple of weeks now and I know it is BAD. I don't finish one bag of chips and a bottle of pop in 1 day, but me and my boyfriend can finish these in a week. No, I don't live with my boyfriend, but we see each other 4-5 times a week, so we much on Fritos while watching TV(Glee, Vampire Diaries, Gossip Girl,Teen Mom, One Tree Hill, 90210, and Jersey Shore). He hates 90210 tho, but whatever I give him car magazines to read on while I watch 90210 every Monday :)

here is my weekly schedule:

- Monday: School, work til 7:30pm, watch 90210 and Gossip Girl, do homework
- Tuesday: School, NO WORK, watch One tree Hill, Glee and Teen Mom, do homework
- Wednesday: School, NO WORK, watch ANTM, do homework
- Thursday: School, Work till 7:30, watch Vampire Diaries and Jersey Shore, do homework
- Friday, Saturday and Sunday: NO SCHOOL, Work 9am- 5:30pm, go to the gym, go out with friends! YAY for the weekend!

do you guys watch any TV series that I don't? What are they? I want to watch them too. True Blood? I heard its REALLY good.

so you can see I do my homework after I watch TV :D I try to finish my homework before i go to bed. I usually sleep around 1am and wake up around 7am.

ok..Im going out of topic here, let me go back to my point.

as I was saying, Me and my boyfriend much on these junk every night and WE KNOW WE SHOULD STOP. On the other hand, I work out every Saturday and Sunday for 3 hours, so I guess all is good. :)
Fritos Hoops- I LOVE THIS!!! I recommend you to try this! Fave chips ever!
A&W Root Beer(Ready to deposit) I've been tweeting about this. That's how Im addicted to root beer :)
Coke- simple, yet yummy!
saving the best for last- Tropicana Paradise Blend- This isn't junk right? I mean it is full of sugar, but it's juice NOT pop! haha I know Im not excuse, but EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THIS I always buy 2 juice boxes for CAD$7.50

So for the carbs...Cobs Bread in Large Cape Seed Loaf(whole wheat)

My boyfriend hates this, but I love it.

I can munch on 4 slices of this in 1 day! That's insane because I don't usually eat whole wheat bread, but Im addicted to this. Canadians should try this!

So to all my Canadian readers/followers you guys should try this.

My Ultimate Favorite Lip Combo Is...Can You Guess?

So this is old school, but I want to share with you guys an all time favorite lip combo of mine.

it is indeed MAC ANGEL and MAC MYTH. Yes, Angel is a frost and Myth is a satin.

I heard a lot of mix reviews about Myth..

> that it is a nice base for those lipsticks that are too bright or too dark to mute it out.

> dries up the lips hardcore

> gives you a dead man's lips

I STILL love Myth. This is my third tube, and I will repurchase this over and over again. Same thing with Angel b the way :)

I don't think I can live without these lipsticks. It actually feels REALLY GOOD to hit pan a product does it? I should probably post what products I hit pan on next huh?

anyways..I know there are a lot of blog post talking about Angel lipstick- that it is Kim Kardashian's favorite bladiblahdiblah! I'm not here to review Angel and Myth, but I just want to share with you a combo that I always use. You know those days when you don't know what lipstick to wear and you just grab a "safe" one? Angel and Myth are my "safe" lipsticks.

Why didn't I just say that ANGEL AND MYTH ARE MY GO TO LIPSTICKS?

It's nude, but not dead on nude. Myth does dry up my lips a little bit, but I don't care.

I apply angel first, then dab Myth on top. (No lipgloss) Since Angel is a frost, it gives my lips a nice sheen.
I just want to add this up because this photo makes me super happy and it does prove that I love Angel so much. I HIT TUBE after a week! :) Yay time to buy another one.

Myth is almost done, maybe 1 more week and it's going to be dunzo!

Bashing and Trash Talking on Beauty Gurus

No guys! I'm not here to bash on beauty gurus, but I'm doing the opposite

I know a lot of you heard about the website where you can bash and trash talk Youtube beauty gurus right? If not here it is- http://gurugossip.omgforum.net/ and http://unkn0wncritic.blogspot.com/

I know there are a lot of websites that trash talk YT gurus..

First of all...

I'm not a Youtube guru.

and people who write and comment on these website are jealous of them. Please mind your own business and stop bashing on bloggers and Youtube gurus. They didn't join the beauty community to brag about what they have or what they know about, but because they want to help other people gain more knowledge about make-up.

I know companies send them products to review, but who are you to judge whether or not they are telling the truth or not? That's their business and if they are not telling the truth just leave them alone. They do not call companies or contact them to send them products, so who are you to tell them what they need to do.

I don't know how these people(who write and comment on these harsh websites) know so many things about these gurus. I don't know about you, but it's scaring me that's for sure. I know they do a "follow-me-around" videos, that's because a lot of people likes to know(including me) what they are doing on their spare time and this doesn't mean that you can rip and tear them down. They love what they're doing and that's whats important right? They have the right of speech and freedom to do whatever they like. So if they want to show their new car, show their boyfriend to the whole world or buy expensive luxury things, just appreciate it.

About their physical appearance..I read a lot of harsh comments about how gurus look like. Are you guys really serious..that's really really shallow. God made everyone unique and different, so don't criticize them on how they look like because that's very immature of you. So what if they have bad skin, flawless skin, big eyes, small eyes, long face, long chin, or if they photoshop their photos or not...love them for who they are and always remember that NO ONE IS PERFECT. So what if they lie about their real name, or how old they are, or if they go to school or not..that's their life and they can hide their profile because they know eventually, these things will happen to them.

Don't get mad at them if they didn't reply to your comment and start hating on them. They receive thousands of emails everyday and who can answer all of those emails in one day!? I know I can't because I have better things to do than replying to harsh comments.

Don't bash on them if they deleted their previous or all of their videos because that's their right and it's their YT channel okay? I know they are doing this because there are a lot of harsh comments and haters out there. I understand their point.

There are a lot of YT gurus who quite making YT videos, don't get mad at them, but just understand what they are going thru in life. They have better things to do and sometimes they just have to move on because it is for the better.

Just put yourself on their spot and think about what they are going through. It is scary and disappointing to know they there are people out there who hate you and they haven't even met you before. They have the guts to talk about your family and private matters.

To all YT beauty gurus and bloggers out there who read this:

I really look up on you because you guys stay strong and you don't fight back. I know there are a lot of haters out there, but just stand still on the ground and ignore anything they say. You guys have supporters and subscribers who will be there for you no matter what. I bet, more than half of your subscribers and followers support you because they love what you are doing and they will always watch your videos no matter what. We understand what you guys are going through, just hang on tight and don't let haters bring you down. As long as you know that you are doing the right thing, just push thru with it because there are a lot of people who appreciate what you guys are doing.

I Dislike the Wave

The Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser that is!

I got sucked in with the commercial because Hayden Panettiere and Vanessa Hudgens are the ones endorsing it.

According to Hayden and Vanessa, the new Neutrogena Wave vibrates on your face which will allow the soap to clean deeper, and remove surface residue, and makeup better then other facial cleansing soaps.

The Waves vibrating action supposedly will stimulate the skins surface, and open up pores, to allow this deeper cleansing action.

Neutrogena Wave Power Cleanser comes with the Wave hand held power cleanser, 14 cleansing pads, and an AA battery. Everything you need to get it started.

The 14 pads came in 2 separate white plastic bags. I noticed that each pad was wet, and stacked one on top of the other. Once the package was open, I could not re-seal it.

Well It did open up my pores and it did vibrate , but lets see..

I heard lots of rants about this products and I'm joining in.

I hate this face product because...
a). The pads- only one use then done! you need to throw the pads away after one use because it is disgusting. You do not want to see black heads sitting on the pad. Yuck!

b). The pad packaging- you can see why I hate the packaging. Ripped, cheap plastic! Come on Neutrogena, I know you can do better than this. I wish they put the pads on a plastic container or something uhmm maybe..... re-sealable!

c) The Wave hand held cleanser itself!- This is after three uses. How ugly is that!? That's without a pad.

d). When you remove the pads after washing your face... self explanatory!!!
e). ....and most of all, it doesn't remove make-up!

so enough with the rant, now I will explain how to use this "Wave"

- I wet my face first,

- put the cleanser(with the pad of course!) under some water,

- I clicked the button on the Power Cleanser, and rubbed the pad around my face. The vibration from the device was okay, and it took quite awhile for any foam to develop on my skin. The scent has a Neutrogena smell(you will know what I'm talking about if you are a neutrogena user). I actually like the smell.

- I wait for about 3 minutes then I rinse it with water.

So that's a rant and I'm not going to repurchase this "The Wave" ever again. I do love Neutrogena tho, especially their facial wipes(Im going to do a review on this soon)

You disappoint me Neutrogena, but I will always repurchase your wipes!

Necklace Love

Who doesn't love a little fake bling :)

I'm here once again to share with you what I've been wearing on my neck for the past couple of weeks.

of course, what will a girl wear on her neck? A NECKLACE.

Bare with me as I talk about rosary necklaces..

These rosary necklaces are very chic and easy to wear. They are very versatile that you can wear them with any top you have. I often pair these guys up with a low V- neck top paired with shorts. I only have two and they are black, but I'm planning to get a faux crystal one

next.

I purchased this necklace from Aldo accessories. If you guys have an Aldo store in your city go and check some bling out! they have amazing selection of fall collection now (accessories ad shoes). I got this for only $20 and it has a small black crystal-esque shape. This one goes down about 4 inches below my chest.

I bought this rosary necklace in a vintage store(again!) and it cost $35. It has a glossy, sphere shaped beads and it goes down until an inch above my bellybutton.

Amazing customer service. She replies very fast and my package arrived in 2 weeks. You can also customize the length of the necklaces. If you have plans purchasing the sideways cross necklace, I suggest you tell her to add more links to make it a little bit longer.

Anyways...

I just want to throw this in..

I will always trust Vaseline with almost everything when it comes with their body/lip products because it just works for me every single time.

This lotion by Vaseline is amazing! It's called Vaseline Aloe Vera and Cucumber Lotion- this comes in a gel form too. I was actually looking for the gel one, but I can't find it anywhere, so I opted for the lotion instead.

I was satisfied and happy with this and I have been using this particular lotion for almost a month now.

Why?

a). It smells like heaven- Aloe Vera with a hint of cucumber smell. (I get sucked in when a product has a cucumber smell :))

b). It gives your skin a gorgeous glow.

c) moisturizes your skin really well

d) dries really quick (3-5 mins)

e) the smell stays for at least 3 hours of wear

You can see glow it gives the skin.
