S is for...snake

Ssssh! don't say a word.

Guess who have snake rings? I do!

and..they are so pretty. They might look super tacky, but hey, a girl needs a little bit of tackiness in their lives right? uh huh, uh huh

Okay I'll shut up now and show them to you. You may like them, you may not, but I sure do adore them!

If you are interested, I got them from Aldo.

P.S. I have OPI Lucky Lucky Lavender on my nails. I was actually tweeting about how it didn't chip on me for 4 days. I have lots of OPI polishes, but they chip off after 2 days. Very impressive Lucky Lucky Lavender because of that, you will be my spring nail polish :)

That's all for now. I teeny tiny haul of my guilty pleasure called buying rings.

Have a nice weekend :)

Let's Do the Twist!

Twist it, bend it, shape it, style it...Let's do Le Twist (that's the brand)

Yesterday, while strolling along the mall I saw these pretty jewelry and they caught my eyes. It's a little bit hard to explain, but I will try.

They are these twisty, bendable, and cool uhm.. accessory that you can use as a necklace, bracelet, or even a ring. I have some pictures to clarify your confused mind right now. I'm really really bad in explaining things.

If you're wondering where I bought these- I got them from this jewelry store here in Canada called Blue Ruby and they only cost $20.00!

These are just few ways you can wear them.
I bought a silver and a gunmetal as well. I can't decide which one to get, so bought two.
Bracelet: I love how they give me that "rock and roll" vibe.

as a necklace:

I think I will use them as a bracelet more often that I would as a necklace.

That's pretty much it. I hope you guys have a good weekend :)

A Good Kind Of A Knock Off

So I'm back from Seattle!

I know I said I will be staying there till Tuesday, but change of plans- I'm back and I'm home.

I went a little crazy in Seattle because if you are a Canadian like me, you will know how it feels to be taxed BIG TIME and it is not good, not good at all. So, every now and then I go down to Seattle and do my shopping there.

Here are the things I bought in Seattle:

- Plain V-necks shirts in Target(Yes! MORE PLAIN SHIRTS FOR ME)
- NEW L'oreal Volume Million Mascara in Target(I will do a review on this and will be comaring it to the original L'oreal Voluminous Mascara)
- Tops from Nordstrom
- Wrap Bracelets from Nordstrom
- Beauty Secret Top Coat and Seche Restore Thinner in Sally's
- A back-up of Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat(I just need a new one)
- Aveeno Gentle Facial Wipes from Target(will also be doing a review of this)

I do not want to do a BIG HAUL in just one post because I just won't have anything to post next time.

I will first show you what nail products I bought from Sally's Beauty Store and accessories I bought from Nordstrom.

First up- I bought another Seche Vite, but I will not show you the boring stuff because I know you guys seen tons of pictures of Seche Vite Fast Dry Top Coat.

Second- I got the Seche Vite Restore Thinner ($9.00 as shown below). I got this because I heard from a lot of people that it will "restore" the old-murky-thick Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat- yes, it comes with a dropper. I tried it earlier and it really did RESTORE the old Seche. I'm REALLY SATISFIED with this Seche thinner . I would highly recommend this product. I will do a more in depth review of this product, maybe a video? yea?
Lastly- I saw a review of this Beauty Secret Top Coat from a Youtube Make-up guru, but I forgot who. I'm really curious if this knocks the pants of Seche Dry Fast Top Coat. I will also do a more in depth review of this. Maybe, I will do a post comparing this Beauty Secret Top Coat and the Seche Vite Dry Fast Top Coat.
It's HUGE!
Anyways, enough with the nail products and let me show you what accessories I bought.

If you are following me on TWITTER, which you should because I feel very UNLOVED :D . You will know that I've been wanting a Chan Luu wrap Bracelet, but I can't decide if I will buy it now or not because of the price. If you are not familiar with Chan Luu wrap bracelets, you can find them here. They range from $150-$300- I know they are bad for your wallets, but I just love how chic and bohemian-looking they are, but for now, a knock off of these pretty bracelets will do. :)

I went to Nordstrom and found these Chan Luu wrap bracelets knock off. These are NOT the real Chan Luu bracelets, but I can say that they are VERY identical. The only difference is that it is not made out of leather, it only cost USD $14.99, and it only wraps around your wrist 4 times(Chan Luu Bracelets wraps around your wrist 5 times). I can't find them on the Nordstrom website, but you can definitely find these pretty wrap bracelets in any Nordstrom department stores in the U.S.

I got them in cream with gold nuggets and brown with gold nuggets.

So, what do you guys think? A good find huh?

oh, follow me on Twitter

Have a good week :)

Brrr It's Cold In Here...

Do you guys wear plain shirts?

well, I do and I love it to death that I have tons of plain scoop necks or plain V-necks. You can dress them up or dress them down and you can even pair anything with them.

I will show you few

I bought these at Target for only $8.00 and of course, there's no Target here in Canada, but don't worry Canadian readers I have something even better for you. I always get a size bigger because I want it loose, so I got a medium instead of a small.
Sorry guys this photo is not fixed, but it is the same as the gray one, but in white.
and for my Canadian ladies, good news for you! I found these plain V-necks in Bluenotes for...guess how much?$5.00 each! oh wait, hold on it is BUY 1 GET 1 HALF PRICE! Yeap, so you pay $5 and get the other one for only $2.50. LOVE THEM.
so enough with the plain old boring shirts, and let's talk about winter clothes shall we?

It's 7 degrees outside. What I need right now is a CUP OF HOT CHOCOLATE WITH MARSHMALLOWS..Mmmm.

I love the winter, but the only thing about it that I hate is that my skin gets DRY. I need to put loads of moisturizer and take care of my skin HARDCORE.

anyways..I'm not here to talk about my skin and all those bladibladiblah. I'm here to show you guys what I wear to keep me warm. I love layering clothes and waring a scarf, so I needed more scarves. right?

I went to the mall last Friday and decided to go in H&M to get a CHUNKY SCARF, but ended up with these 4 fresh finds.

I need a new sweater, and found this one.

Very comfortable, inexpensive, and pretty. I don't like long sweaters because I'm tiny, so if I wear long sweaters I will look like a dwarf. I will definitely go to H&M when I go to Seattle tomorrow and get more sweaters.

This cost $39.99
and for the best part...SCARVES! big chunky scarves are so in this season and I love the way it looks on people.

I found this knitted scarf in ALDO for only $25.00
This one is my favorite. :)
and this animal print scarf from H&M for only $12.99
another ALDO scarf for $25.99
So, what are you guys sporting this season?

Thanks for reading. I will be going to Seattle Sunday- Tuesday, so no blogging for 3 days.

Have a nice weekend.

Necklace Love

Who doesn't love a little fake bling :)

I'm here once again to share with you what I've been wearing on my neck for the past couple of weeks.

of course, what will a girl wear on her neck? A NECKLACE.

Bare with me as I talk about rosary necklaces..

These rosary necklaces are very chic and easy to wear. They are very versatile that you can wear them with any top you have. I often pair these guys up with a low V- neck top paired with shorts. I only have two and they are black, but I'm planning to get a faux crystal one
next.

I purchased this necklace from Aldo accessories. If you guys have an Aldo store in your city go and check some bling out! they have amazing selection of fall collection now (accessories ad shoes). I got this for only $20 and it has a small black crystal-esque shape. This one goes down about 4 inches below my chest.
I bought this rosary necklace in a vintage store(again!) and it cost $35. It has a glossy, sphere shaped beads and it goes down until an inch above my bellybutton.
a close up on the beads...
A big thank you to Theresa Mink- here is the link to her store.

I purchased two necklaces from her store and I first saw these from Laura- Lollipop26 :)

She blogged about it and I fell in love. I purchased the original gold filled sideways cross
which cost $41 and the leaf necklace which cost $29. I placed my order on September 11 and was shipped September 15. I got it in the mail October 1.
for the sideways cross-

for the leaf necklace-

Amazing customer service. She replies very fast and my package arrived in 2 weeks. You can also customize the length of the necklaces. If you have plans purchasing the sideways cross necklace, I suggest you tell her to add more links to make it a little bit longer.

Anyways...

I just want to throw this in..

I will always trust Vaseline with almost everything when it comes with their body/lip products because it just works for me every single time.

This lotion by Vaseline is amazing! It's called Vaseline Aloe Vera and Cucumber Lotion- this comes in a gel form too. I was actually looking for the gel one, but I can't find it anywhere, so I opted for the lotion instead.
I was satisfied and happy with this and I have been using this particular lotion for almost a month now.

Why?
a). It smells like heaven- Aloe Vera with a hint of cucumber smell. (I get sucked in when a product has a cucumber smell :))
b). It gives your skin a gorgeous glow.
c) moisturizes your skin really well
d) dries really quick (3-5 mins)
e) the smell stays for at least 3 hours of wear
You can see glow it gives the skin.

So, I'm interested to know what moisturizers/lotions you use for your face and body? :)

Have a nice weekend

Collective Haul: Shoes and Jeweleries

Hey ladies and gents!

Hows your Thursday so far?

Im here to share with you a collective haul. Take note that I didn't purchase these items all in one day. I bought the boots last week and bought the jewelries couple weeks ago. I'm trying to cut down my makeup expenses because I have a lot of makeup. I'm not sure if I want to do a blog sale soon to get rid of products that I barely used. Let me know if you guys are interested with blog sales. I've never done that before. So comment below if that's a good idea or not.

I know there will be a lot of blogs about the new MAC Venomous Villain collection, but I want to show you guys what I purchased for the month of September first(last two weeks) which means that- yes! I purchases Venomous Villain and I will be blogging about what I got later. So watch out for that. Enough with the MAC and lets go on with what this post is all about- ACCESSORIES!
Ill start off with the shoes- low cut boots that is!

Love, love these kinds of boots. If you read my previous In and Out post, you will know that Im obsessed with low boots.

I bought this at Aldo and cost CAD $75. I know it is cheaper in the US probably 10 dollars cheaper of even 20.

I paired these babies with skinnies, jeggings and black leggings. I want a black low cut boots next!
and.. for the jeweleries...

I got these 2 necklaces from a vintage store here in Vancouver.

got them for only $10 each! Lovely necklace, lovely price :)

and the second one..
I love long simple accessories and I also like short necklaces with a simple pendant.

What are your favorite accessories? watches? bracelets? necklaces? earrings?

Happy Thursday to all! :)
